Firstly, it is necessary to do a good job in the installation of linear bearings. Due to different usage scenarios and differences in the parameters of supporting machinery, it is still better for a factory to have professional personnel to install bearing products for the first time. When installing bearings, it can significantly reduce the probability of accidents during use, while also ensuring the working condition of mechanical equipment.

For example, when installing a linear bearing onto the bearing seat, assembly aids should be used to avoid direct impact on the outer sleeve or sealing ring during installation. In addition, when inserting the shaft into the linear bearing, it is also necessary to carefully adjust the position of the shaft and bearing and align them.

Secondly, timely lubrication measures should be taken before use. Linear bearings play a role in the conversion and transmission of motion in mechanical equipment. If you want bearing products to have a long service life, it is necessary to lubricate the bearings in a timely manner to prevent insufficient lubrication and excessive friction.

For example, if anti-corrosion oil is injected into the interior of a linear bearing and lubricated with grease, first remove the anti-corrosion oil with kerosene or organic solvent, air dry it, and then add lubricating grease, etc.

Regardless of the type of linear bearing, in order to have a good working condition, maintenance and repair work cannot be lacking. After using the bearing product for a period of time, it should be regularly inspected and maintained. Carefully wipe the rust proof oil and seal it with lubricant before use, and avoid mixing lubricants with different properties together. Some work environments that are relatively poor require more attention.
